    My service is charged as a referral fee, paid by the agent you have chosen at the rate you’ve negotiated with them. There is no additional cost for my services to you or the estate. My fee is paid by the agent in the form of a referral fee from their negotiated commission.

  • No Lazy Listing Agents

    My job is to work on your behalf to ensure your chosen agent is doing an exceptional job marketing and selling the real estate asset. I work with the agent to gather data, report on showings, consult on marketing, and ensure no potential buyer is left on the table. You’ll be able to step away from the management of the sale and get a weekly update on the status of the home from one point of contact.

  • Expert Second Opinion

    You don’t need to rely on a single source to provide sound advice on offers, pricing or marketing. My service as YourAgentInsider is to ensure your fiduciary duty to the estate is met, and the home is sold quickly for the highest value. Receive unbiased pricing direction and marketing consulting and negotiation support for the agent for the property every step of the way.
